Masih Church Melbourne was founded in 2018 by Pastor Mohit Sampson and his family, with a vision conceived in 2017. Initially starting from their home, Masih Church holds the unique distinction of being the first North Indian Church in Melbourne. Worship services at Masih Church are conducted in multiple languages, including Hindi, English, and Punjabi, fostering inclusivity and community for diverse congregations.
Pastor Mohit Sampson is an ordained and accredited minister. He brings a wealth of theological and pastoral expertise. He holds a Masters in Theology from the University of Divinity, Melbourne. In addition to his theological background, Pastor Mohit is a trained counsellor specialising in family mediation, a mental health and spiritual coach, and an experienced guide for individuals struggling with suicidal ideation. He also serves as a chaplain in the Australian Defence Force and has over 25 years of pastoral experience.
Masih Church is a non-denominational congregation affiliated with the Churches of Christ in Victoria and Tasmania. Rooted in a mission of love and acceptance, the church welcomes individuals from all faith backgrounds, providing a space where everyone can grow spiritually and experience a sense of belonging.
We invite you to join us as we journey together in faith, worship, and service to our community.
At Masih Church, we’re all about loving God and loving people. We’re all about people because God is all about people. One of the ways we express our love for Him is through our love for people, and we do that by helping each person who comes to Masih Church grow in their relationship with the Lord.
